TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRODUCTS

We reserve the right to modify product prices, specifications, and availability at any time without prior notice. All prices and descriptions supersede any previous publications and are subject to change. Product dimensions provided are approximate and may vary slightly. While we make every effort to ensure that product images accurately represent the items offered, we cannot guarantee that colours, textures, or details will appear exactly as depicted due to variations in screen displays, lighting conditions, and manufacturing processes.

Stock availability information outlined on the website is the latest updated record, although this does not guarantee that stock is available. Delivery dates and stock due-in dates do not constitute a part of any contract with us, and we cannot be held liable for any losses, whether direct or indirect, if your order is delayed or not delivered by any dates that may have been provided by us. 

Our products are designed exclusively for use in domestic, private residential settings. We do not guarantee their suitability for commercial, public, or contractual environments, including but not limited to offices, hospitality venues, rental properties, or any other non-residential applications. Use of our products in such settings is at the customer's own risk, and Camley House accepts no liability for any damage, wear, or failure arising from such use. If you require products for commercial purposes, please contact us for guidance before purchasing.

All products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's guarantee, which applies to defects in materials or workmanship. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper care. If the product is taken outside the UK, the guarantee will be rendered null and void.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers have the legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described. To qualify for a full refund, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, providing clear evidence of the issue.

 

 

DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY

Delivery within the UK will take 2-5 working days from the dispatch date.

Upon receipt of your order, you must inspect the delivery for any discrepancies or damage. If you notice any issues, including damaged packaging, please note "damaged" on the driver's delivery document or refuse delivery. A detailed report must be provided to us within 48 hours, accompanied by photographs where possible.

If the carrier does not allow time to inspect the delivery, please note this on the driver’s delivery document. All packages containing glass items should be checked where feasible.

RETURNS

Customers must initiate returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Products eligible for return must be in their original condition and packaging. Used items are non-returnable and ineligible for a refund. Any damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with clear photographs provided for verification.

For confirmed damaged or defective items, we will offer a replacement or refund. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return form.  

​NON-DELIVERIES

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to refusal (non-damaged), unavailability, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, any subsequent delivery attempts will incur additional charges. These charges will include the cost of the original delivery, as well as an additional handling and re-delivery fee. Camley House is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from failed delivery attempts.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process, and place a new order.  ​

CANCELLATION

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, and our standard return policy will apply. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Camley House reserves the right to determine order status at the time of the cancellation request.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

If your parcel is lost or stolen, you must report this to us immediately. Upon notification, we will conduct an investigation and attempt to locate your parcel. If we are unable to recover it, we will issue a replacement.

If the parcel is lost due to issues with a third-party courier service that you have independently arranged, Camley House accepts no liability, and you will not be eligible for a refund. 

 

 

​​AI CONCEPT DESIGN IMAGES

  • All AI Concept Design image packages purchased from Camley House constitute one time purchases and are non-refundable.

  • AI Concept Design Images are generated based on client suggestions and rely on the amount of specific information provided. For optimal results, clients are encouraged to describe their preferences as accurately as possible in their initial requests.

  • Upon receiving a client's request, we will re confirm our understanding of their concept before generating any images.

  • Each purchased package entitles clients to receive an additional two concept design images to choose from for their final selection.

  • Initially, all concept design images will be sent with large watermarks for review. Clients are required to make their final selection, after which we will provide the revised images with smaller watermarks.

  • In the event that clients are not satisfied with the initial concept images provided, a surcharge of £10.00 will be added to their final bill for an additional two images.

  • Camley House reserves the right to use the concept design images for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the client.

  • ​Any additional requests or revisions beyond the scope of the purchased package may incur additional charges, to be agreed upon between the client and Camley House prior to commencement of work.

  • ​By purchasing AI Concept Design Images from Camley House, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

 

 

3D RENDERING ​

  • Scope of Work: The scope of work for 3D rendering services provided by Camley House will be outlined and agreed upon in writing before commencement of the project. Any changes to the scope of work must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.

  • Payment Terms: Payment for 3D rendering services is due in accordance with the terms specified in the invoice provided by Camley House. Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in delays or suspension of the project.

  • Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, remain the property of Camley House unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a non exclusive license to use the 3D renderings for their intended purpose as outlined in the scope of work.

  • Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and detailed project requirements, including architectural files, floor plans, elevations, and any other relevant information necessary for the completion of the 3D renderings. Any delays or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client may impact the project timeline and incur additional charges.

  • Revisions and Changes: Camley House will provide clients with the opportunity to review and request revisions to the 3D renderings. Any revisions requested beyond the scope of the agreed-upon project may incur additional charges, to be determined by Camley House.

  • Delivery: Camley House will endeavour to deliver the 3D renderings within the agreed upon timeframe. However, delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the availability of resources. Camley House will not be held liable for delays beyond its control.

  • Confidentiality: Camley House agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details disclosed during the course of the project. Client information will not be shared with third parties without the express consent of the client.

  • Termination: Either party may terminate the contract for 3D rendering services with written notice if the other party fails to remedy a material breach of the agreement within a reasonable timeframe. Upon termination, the client shall pay Camley House for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

  • Acceptance: By engaging Camley House for 3D rendering services, clients agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
